I have to say, this company is without a doubt THE WORST company I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service. I'm not one to run out and write bad reviews but they really rubbed me the wrong way. I'll keep it short. Agreed to ship a car through them via uShip. Called them to confirm and was on the phone holding forever because the guy that answered the line couldn't help - there was a special guy that had to book my order. They were extremely persistent when they wanted the business, but once it got booked, not a peep. I call to check in on the order the next day and am sent to an out of the country call center to a rep that had no idea when the car would be picked up. I asked about cancellation and was told TO SEND AN EMAIL because the live guy I have on the phone cannot help me with that. I immediately switched my order to another company that gave me a BETTER rate and actually handled my request like I was a human being. The worst part? A guy from Montway calls me to CHASTISE me about my decision to cancel and wants me to explain myself to him. Even after explaining what had happened to me, not one apology.....he scoffs at me and hangs up the phone! God help you if you decide to use this aggressive sales company and expect to be treated like a human rather than a number.
