I used the uShip website/Application to ship a brand new compact vehicle from Boston to San Francisco. The original pickup/dispatch date was 12/28/2015 indicated by Montway and Uship. The car did not get picked up until 1/11/2015 off the dealership lot. I been waiting over 2 weeks after the car finally was picked up and shipped, with the original delivery date between the 23rd and at the latest the 26th of January the same month. When asked about the the status of the vehicle on multiple calls I have placed to this company's customer service on when I should expect delivery, I get the repetitive response "Should be there today or tomorrow". I still have not received my car from the time of this review, and it seems this company doesn't really care to escalate nor find out where you property is. The company uses a third party to ship your items, which seems strange I guess to a consumer since I am using a third party tool (uShip) to get a company that can ship items who then in turn uses another company to ship.
