My front passenger side window fell into the door panel. They fixed it. The great thing is He (Brown Team) asked me about my warranty which is the first time anyone has asked me about it). I hope I didn't overpay previously for anything (I don't think I did) but really - it is superior customer service that he asked. When we go in for repairs, we are nervous about the cost and the inconvenience of being without our car - but this reassured me. You should ask if we have a warranty (as we forget!) each time we get our car serviced for a repair.
