Good atmosphere. Servings are on the small size for the price.
If you go during lunch hour, make sure you get there early otherwise you will find yourself waiting for a loooooooong time. Great PORK dumplings.
I've had an account with this online bank for 2 years and have had no problems tranferring money in and out without fees. Great rates...currently 2% APY for savings account...no minimums. Let me know if you want to open an account so I can send you areferral email....I get$10 and you get $25 bonus if I refer you.
A spaghetti chain with nine branches in Taiwan, opened up its first U.S. branch. Asianized Italian food with Westernized decor. I liked the $10 dinner sets that come with a salad, soup, appetizer, small dessert and your choice of drinks (cappuccinos, lattes, boba, etc.) - a pretty good value though the food wasn't groundbreaking. Service is somewhat slow.
I love the seasame & walnut paste...among the myriad of wonderful desserts here. Also been to the Arcadia and Irvine locations. Want to try to Fair Oaks location when I get a chance. The original first Phoenix Inn is in China Town.
I love the dim sum and chrysanthemum tea. Gets crowded during weekend brunch. Flower tofu dessert is great. Also been to two wedding banquets that were held here. Good eats.
Don't come here for quick service. Great place to hang out after dinner...playing card decks and other table games available upon request. Large selection of chinese tea and drinks...somewhat pricey. Very limited menu. Tends to get loud and crowdedfrom 11pm to midnight on weekends.
If you like Japanese curry, this is the place. I've been to the location in Little Tokyo, Gardena and Torrance...had a great experience each time. Check out their website:
Great lunch special that includes a personal pan pizza, salad and drink for under $7. Their chicken topped pizza is great.
