My son has received excellent care at Pediatric Associates. I've never been turned down for a sick visit. They have been very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. The front office staff is very friendly.

The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and I trust that they have my child's best interest at heart. I'm a nurse and feel 100% comfortable with the care my son has been given!

Very caring, knowledgeable group with a very helpful staff. I couldn't ask for better care for my children. The doctors explain everything to my satisfaction and are always willing to answer questions. So glad we found them. And Dr. Vitale and Dr. Fischbein are Top Docs in Connecticut; actually they all deserve this.

Several years ago when my daughter was an infant, one of the doctors misdiagnosed her as having eczema. The doctor prescribed an ointment for this rash that developed on her chest. After several appllications, it appeared the rash was getting worse. So I decided not to take her to a well known & liked Dermatologist in Waterbury. The dermatologist couldn't believe that the pediatrician prescribed this ointment because it wasn't eczema to start off with and the ointment caused her skin to burn. Never, never again!!!

My son has been with this group for 4 years, and after misdiagnosing his illness and having him take unnecessary meds for the umpteenth time I'm finally switching doctors - in the middle of a progressing serious illness. I have had nothing but curt service from day 1 when one of the doc's walked into my hospital room on a Sat. to check on my newborn in spike heels and skimpy clothes. Yes they have a lot of hours (with like 6+doctors on staff - making it hard to be seen by the same doc 2 times in a row) but the the whole staff from receptionist to doctors are not thorough, uncaring, and unsympathetic to all problems. Overall this office was unprofessional, and never helpful in correctly treating my son. They're very quick to dispense meds and send you on your way without thinking about what the real problem might be. They see so many patients that it is impossible for anyone on the staff to get to know any of the patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

This is by far the best pediatric group I have ever dealt with. Dr. Fischbein has done a wonderful job in putting together a team of doctors and nurses that care deeply for their patients and treat them all with respect. Their availability is beyond compare and specifically Dr. Fischbein has the calm, tender approach of someone who really cares. Thank you for everything.

When you choose Pediatric Associates of Conn, you are choosing service over a warm fuzzy feeling. Although I like nearly all of the doctors here, and all of the other staff very much, they are a high volume office. You will often sit in a crowded waiting room with sick and crying and noisy children. They do have a separate 'well area', but not divided nearly enough to be comfortable. You can usually get an appointment quickly, as they have great hours. You just might not see the doctor of your choice. This is definately not the place for old -fashioned, one on one service.

The doctors are very professional and are very knowledgeable. They are very reliable and friendly. The only downside is that sometimes we don't get the same doctor if the appointment isn't made in advance. Other than that they are very profressional.

I love the fact that there is always someone there to talk to. Nurse practitioner on call for 24/7 for questions. Awesome hours(until 7 I believe) and you can even get sick visits on the weekends. We've seen all the doctors in the practice and they are all great.

I have been dealing with Pediatric Associates of CT for over 17 years. They are the best. Always reachable. Always there for me when dealing with my children. Dr. Vitale specifically is just the best doctor...he really cares. Thanks

My two children have been going to pediatrics assoc of ct for years now. The doctors and the PA's are all wonderful. The nurses and the staff are very helpful. The hours are excellent and they are open on weekends . They get you an appt all the time...no questions asked. They take very good care of my children and I am very confident in them. I highly recommend this office to all !

I love the friendly atmosphere. Kid friendly and clean. Staff is usually very pleasant. Never wait for an appointment- call that day. Kids love the fish tank. Sitting room has seperate well and sick areas. Great for infants.

This is a large practice of pediatricians. I have been taking my son there for almost a year and am very happy with their services. The doctors and nurses I have seen are friendly and professional. They allow me time to ask questions about my son and take the time to answer my questions. They have excellent hours and there is a nurse available to answer questions over the phone throughout the day. The waiting room is nice and has different areas designated for sick and well children.
