Carrabba's is a must visit every year we get to Surprise in March for Spring Training baseball games. Sit at the cooking counter watching the action of the chef's and enjoying their work as they prepare the great meals.\r

i can't believe this is the same restaurant in the previous review. the staff was excellent, the service and advise given was accurate. everything served was top notch. we were never without food or drink during the whole meal. the restrooms were clean as was everywhere else in the restaurant. the food was the best part. the menu was accurate and plenty of food was served, both appetizers and main course. i felt that this was not a chain restaurant. it felt more like a family place. i will come back again and again.

When we went to eat here we had alot of people (7-8) so we knew it was going to be a little wait but to have to wait an hour and half to be seated is ridiculous especially when there wasnt a wait for anyone else.Then the service was horrible the waitress would bring the drinks one at a time.After this my husband went towards the waitress asking "May i see your manager?" So she stomps off and brings the manager so my husband trys and explain that we are hungry and have been waiting after the manager starts cursing us out!We left then just stormed out left only $20 because we had been there for more than 2 hours and they had only served us drinks.I wouldnt recomend going here!
