Paula Ebert was so helpful. We went into the store looking to buy a sofa. Little did we know there were so many decisions to make. Paula walked us thru the process step by step making our selection easy. She took the time to explain the different fabrics and their wearability. After the sofa was selected we then needed to select pillow fabric. I was overwhelmed. She patiently showed us options and came up with a beautiful sofa. When our purchase came to be delivered I was so pleased. I love our new furniture and our new family room. Thank you Paula!!

My husband and I were shopping for a small sectional sofa. With the help of Peter Colucci, we found exactly what we were looking for. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the many products he showed us. The follow through after the purchase was equally superb. He called us with a date our sofa was to be ready at Bassett's warehouse, with the news our sofa had arrived on schedule, and to make sure delivery went smoothly and we were happy with our purchase. We LOVE our new sofa! When we need to purchase furniture, we will shop at Bassett. With the help of Peter of course!

I went in with my sister while she was exchanging some bedding and ended up looking at headboards and pillows for our bed. Peter Colucci worked with me the entire time and was a tremendous help. He was extremely patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to make decisions on what I could and could not purchase. When I decided that I could only afford pillows, he very graciously sat down with me and helped me design everything, colors and all. He was fantastic and I will definitely ask for him the next time I am there.

My fiance and I were very pleased with Peter Colucci's service at Bassett Furniture in Dublin. We went in hoping to purchase a leather sofa and walked out doing exactly that. Peter was professional, knowledgeable and quite thorough. The sofa was a custom order and arrived within the 6 week window promised. When Bassett advertised an additional sale beyond the one we purchased during, we called the store and were given the additional money off the purchase price in the form of a credit card refund. You won't be disappointed with Bassett!

The sales associate Lee Hambalton at the Dublin Bassett store was very helpful very knowledgeable very courteous and kind we purchased our formal living room set through her and we had also purchased a nice beautiful formal dining room set nine years ago to the Dublin Bassett store I would refer people that may need furniture to that store they have a good product and staff very satisfied on the scale 1 to 10 ten being the best I would give them a 10!! I had not been in Bassett Furniture Store since they moved to Dublin. When I decided to redecorate my living room, dining room and entry hall last November, a decorator I was working with took me to Bassett where I met Jenny Crain,Design Consultant. Not only did I find all the furniture I was looking for, Jennie was absolutely wonderful in helping me through what can be a very frustrating experience. She came to my home, measured the rooms and created a schematic of furniture I was selecting and how it would look in the rooms. I was thrilled with everything we selected. Last month I decided I wanted to redecorate the master bedroom and a phone call to Jennie was all I needed. She came out, measured, help me identify the style furniture that would look best in that room and we placed the order within a few days. The furniture has now been delivered and once again I am thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Bassett to anyone looking for quality furniture that won't break your budget. And if you are lucky enough to work with Jennie or someone equal to her experience, you will be a very satisfied customer.

I had a really low pressure experience browsing around the store. Salesperson was knowlegable and low pressure. Good prices too for good quality

Please take your patience with you if you shop at this Dublin Bassett Furniture. Inexperienced salesperson mistakenly told us that the furniture would deliver in 2 weeks, it took 8 weeks.

After furniture was delivered, it was not the same quality as the one we selected in the store. Store referred us to customer service, which took a week to send someone out to review our claim. Then another 10 days for customer service to get back to us.

All of this for the final result to be, "you can keep the one you have or take the floor model" Yeah right, who wants the floor model of anything.
IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE TO SHOP HERE AGAIN.
