I was able to get the pricing over the phone prior to coming in and understand their current inventory with no hassle. When I came in person, he took the time to show me the different models by driving them up to the front explaining the different features. If you are looking to work with an honest car salesman, I recommend working with Michael! We love our Honda Pilot!! :)

The service reps will not do anything that does not need to be done. They are patient, carefully explain what needs to be serviced, and complete the work in a timely manner. I feel safe when I drive. No other mechanic will be allowed to service my CRV.
