very pleased overall her group takes great care of my group, i have and will continue reffering as many as i can we have a work cat he comes there as well

fyi CHAD B sounds like you liked the receptionist, but she didnt feel the same!!!! and know all you can do is slander lauras name all over the place iv been going to her for eight years i have 5 dogs my pic is 2 of the 5 she grooms they look beautiful to me pluse i have stayed with her threw the transition from delanco and this place is beautiful ,, the old place was nice just not big enought for all that she does glad i dont work there i wouldnt even groom you (DOG) FYI she does aske for records :P

The dog that I adopted was kennelled at Laura's & I decided that since she was use to them-I would keep using this kennel. I can say that I am not impressed with the business or the way it is run. Everytime when I take the dog in for kennelling I have to fill out a form. They do use computers; but I'm not sure why this info is not in the computer. (General info: Dog name, owner name, phone numbers - etc). They should be able to pull the file up when I'm on the phone making the reservation.
I dropped my dog off on Sat morning & they said I can pick her up by 11:30 am on Monday, that would give them time to groom her. Now they open at 7:30 am. I made the reservation 2 wks prior. This morning when I called at 10:30 am (Mon) I was told not to pick her up before 1 pm & that they would not charge me the extra day-because they were running late & I was having her groomed. I had previoiusly told the receptionist that I had to pick her up no later than 11:30 am because I have to leave for my job at 12:30 pm.
I guess it's time to look for someplace else to kennel & groom. There are many places to go in this area.

When I called for the appointment I was greeted by the unfriendliest receptionist ever. It even say on the website she no longer wants to work there (or with animals). I stuck with the appointment though because there were good reviews online and I was impressed that the website gave a bio for everyone on staff. It looked like (and may still be true) that everyone there genuinely loves animals and their job, except the receptionist. Then, when I went there the place was filthy and smelled of cat urine. The seats in the waiting area looked like there was some kind of animal body fluid on them at some point. Again, the receptionist was MISERABLE! They asked for no proof of vaccinations (so obviously they as for proof for no dogs). Then as they take my dog back and she is barked and lunged at by two yappy dogs behind the receptionist desk. So, the last sight of my dog was of her being terrified.

The receptionist who hates her job then told me it would be about 3 to 4 hours, well it turned out it was about 5 and a half hour (unacceptable). When I came back I witnessed the receptionist turning someone away (after they had drove 1 and a half hours in a snow storm) because they were late. The appropriately upset (but not out of control) customer asked why they didn't call her before she drove all the way or tell her when she booked the last appoitment of the day needs to be made on time or it will be cancelled. The receptionist responded, "It's not my job to call everyone who is late for their appointment". That's what I call good customer service!

They brought my dog out, who looked fine and they did what they needed to when it comes to grooming. However, I never met the groomer or anyone who put me at ease when bringing my dog to a new strange place.

Here's the best part, A week and a half later we are awoken to sound of a coughing dog. That's right KENNEL COUGH, remember what I said earlier about the proof of vaccinations? A 150 dollar vet bill later and my girl is all better and never stepping food inside Laura's again. Unfortunately my vet (Willingboro Vet Clinic) is right behind Laura's so she has to see Laura's House of Horrors again. The vet is great by the way, they would get five stars.

I have a shiz tzu named Kenzie, who gets very afraid when she is away from her mommy and daddy. The staff at Laura's helps make her comfortable and makes it easier on me when I walk out the door. They do a great job bathing, cutting, and making her smell so pretty. We also shopped around for pricing before our first visit and she was the cheapest by far. We used to go to Petco to get her groomed and we now save half the cost being that Laura's is sooo great.

Kenzie highly recommends a visit for your dog!!!

I took my shih-tzu (Haley) to Laura's to save on the long distance I drive to get to her original groomer. The grooming was terrible. My poor baby looked ridiculous. Her hair was all uneven. Her ears had so much gunk in them. The Vet. Cleaned them out the next day. They didn't perfume her. Her belly was untouched as well as her private area..They did give her a pretty hair bow...But I will never return..I definitely have the best groomer in Ewing....

I have been a customer of Laura's for years since she was in Delanco. I took my old cocker, Princess to her and her staff until her passing three years ago. I have a new cocker spaniel, Coco and while he is not always a willing participant, Laura and her staff do a fabulous job with him. I highly recommend Laura and her staff as they are the quintessential professionals!

I have taken 2 pets here my 1st was 17yr old cockapoo who was deaf and half blind the staff handled her with care..She has since passed now I have a baby cocker and they have been excellent with getting her in quickly and calling me as soon as she was is done. Also very reasonable.

I love it here. I am quite new here. only been here 2 times now. its very clean. laura and her staff are friendly and do nice work on the dogs. her prices for grooming are very reasonable. after my first visit she sent a thank you postcard in the mail. if you check out the pet pages in the burlington county times on Tuesdays there is a 10 dollar off coupon for your first visit.

i have alot of pets i have been going to her for 6 years now and i always feel comfortable leaving my pets with her her place is always clean and she has wokers that know how to handle the pets my pets always are well groomed when i pick them up from the shop she is very gentle with the animals and i never had a problem with her business i would recomend her to all with animals she does a wonderful job with them
