I just put a new set of tires on my 2009 Impala, and they beat the dealership in town by $100. This was the second time that they helped me out. The first time was when my Rogue had a nail in the tire sidewall, and the dealership would not do anything about any sort of warranty, (the car was almost new) they found an exact tire to match the existing set, and everything worked out well.

Excellent service. I dropped my car off on Saturday and wasn't able to pick it up before close. They were able to store it inside the shop until Monday morning with no problem. They provide great service, communication and repairs.

As usual, the service, timeliness, and professionalism are 5 stars. They always do what they say, and most important to me is I never have to bring my vehicle back. I had the brakes done on my Lexus (all 4 wheels) and shopped around for prices. Not only were they the lowest, but the best.

We started using Tire Pros quite by accident when we needed tires and knew that they sold them. We were completely satisfied after that first experience and have continued to use them over the years. In fact, we have all of our service work done there. They are always right there when we need them and they take care of us fairly quickly, usually within minutes of the time we arrive there. We have already referred Tire Pros to a few people who also were completely satisfied with their service. They treat their customers equally and show respect to everyone.

They hit the hammer on the head and had it done in 2 hours, which is what I was quoted prior to bringing the car in! The techs there know their stuff! I've been going to Tire Pros for several years, they seem to genuinely care about fixing my car properly. I had a tire go flat that was only a few days old, and I couldn't believe how they went out of there way to deliver the car to me. You don't see that kind of service anymore!

I definitely recommend this place if you need new brakes and tires just like I did. Although I knew this shop was there, I never considered going there until I read the Yelp reviews. The positive reviews this place got were very correct. The staff is very nice and wants to give you a great deal. He offered me several choices so I had options on how much I was willing to spend. He gave me a really good deal. Plus he wanted to make sure I liked how nice my car rode afterwards so we had a follow up convo on the phone. He also recommended that I bring it back every 3000 miles for rotation and they will take care of it. Much better experience at this place than the last place I went to.
