Had a car starter/alarm installed here and it was the best deceision i've made. While my car was there they pulled out another unit that was installed in my car from a previous owner that was causing the passlock to kill the car. These guys were on point. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and won't bring my car anywhere else

I took my car to Kartele for an after market car alarm and my experience is unforgettable. They took forever to install the alarm into my car for one, then when i got my car back about a week or two later the car alarm stopped working. Horrible customer service and they did not try to help me out in any way to resolve the problem. I do not recommend them to anyone.
