We have bought many cars from Family Ford. The last van that we bought was actually our salesmens car. He should have told us that it was a piece of crap. We have had nothing but trouble since the day we bought it. We tried to get a decent trade in with them and they knew how bad this vehicle was but they were unable to give us a decent deal. Now we suffer with this van until we can afford something else, or it just dies. We will never go back there again!
