They consistently use the best products, whether it be the over-sized Jandy equipment or the 3M finishing product for our gunnite. There was never a question that we were getting anything but the best for our project.

We were waiting for a small replacement part to arrive for our heated pool and the day before we were to host a Labor Day Family Reunion; Mark showed up with the replacement part saving the day (along with everyone's hopes for a pool weekend) and proceeded to bring our heater to life. When Caribbean Blue built our pool Mark spent some time on site to oversee the job, which we know is not common practice with some other pool companies. He will not cut corners to save himself time or money. We always felt Mark can't build anything he is not proud of, and we have told him this. You build a pool as if it is your own. In fact, after the pool was completed we informed Mark's brother, Jay, a cap to a deck jet had a small chip in it. Soon after, Jay was in our yard replacing this minor detail himself.

My wife had this crazy idea of getting an "infinity" pool in our backyard because she had seen one in a home decor magazine, and thought it was the greatest thing ever. We both agreed on a pool, but not an infinity pool. All the places that we called gave us outrageous quotes, but Carribean Blue Pools and Spas did something different. They suggested other possibilities that would be better suited for our home. They helped us design a better more affordable pool that would not look ridiculous and would cost us an arm and a leg.

These guys are great they sand blasted my pool cleaned everything out and redid the paint job. I turned out pretty great. I only regret no being able to afford a complete overhaul of the pool (b/c it's not within my budget) because these guys to incredible work. I highly recommend them.
