Hashigo Sushi

They have unique choices of sushi. Nice decor in each location. I've been to the one in Fullerton also, ave yet to try their Korean food in Costa Mesa. Prices are average for sushi place but sushi looks and tastes good. To sweeten deal look for coupon in your local city magazine in the mail.

Really fantastic. I can't say enough about the quality and freshness of the food here. A great place for sushi newbies! The chefs are willing to take you by the hand and find something you like!

I've eaten at Hashigo 3 times now, and the sushi has been fresh and delicious each time. The presentation and quality is very consistent. Price range is reasonable. Wine list is surprisingly good for a Japanese restaurant. They also allow corkage for a $15 fee. Service is a bit inconsistent, twice out of the three times I've received the wrong sushi order, but it has always been great.I recommend the kelp roll - it's wrapped in radish instead of rice. Awesome!

I have tried Hashigo Sushi twice now and each time I??ve been impressed with the service and quality / taste of the food.

The appetizers are delicious. I especially liked the tempura - nice and crisp and the dipping sauce was lovely. You should also try the rib-eye steak wrapped around asparagus, it's delicious!!

The sushi and sashimi are to die for! Never tasted anything this fresh and the presentation of the sushi were superb.

My recommendation would be eat at the sushi bar and have the sushi chefs make a few of their specialty dishes, you won't be disappointed!

For those that are non-sushi lover....like my husband, the menu has many choices to choose from. My husband had the steak, and it was one of best steak he had in a long time, it was very tender and juicy and you can tell it was top quality meat. The steak was cooked perfectly to his liking.

The prices are very reasonable for such excellent food. There are so much choices and variety to choose from! It's nice, as it leaves you wanting to come back again to try another one of the dishes that you couldn't order last time.

I would happily go back again ...
