Good luck getting a callback from Joe Horstman. Just purchased 2 systems for my house. Installation had issues: they broke hose feeding a drip to a birdbath, damaged pool pipes causing a leak, no hot water for 2 days because they installed

I had a major mess with the HVAC unit in my condo. Zack and Shawn made it seem like a piece of cake. They actually left it spotless. I cant thank them enough. They are extremely valuable assets to Air Rescue and should be commended. Will call for them again.

The repairman was kind enough to explain the inspection as well as any repairs or maintenance to increase the performance. He made several suggestions about optimizing the unit but was never pushy that the repairs be done immediately. I was pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call them again!

Air Rescue gets an A from me. I had some damage on my air conditioner due to an electrical storm. I called around 8 am, and the technician was at my house by 12:45 pm. Chase was very professional, caring, and knowlegable. Even though he needed to return to his work location to pick up a part, he was able to get my cool working until he could return. He returned the same day, and had me up and running within 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend Air Rescue to my frineds and neighbors.

Excellent service, top notch personnel
I had an excellent experience with Air Rescue all the way around. My old system was very inefficient - costing me large electric bills and providing little real comfort. With Air Rescue I replaced it with an 18 SEER high efficiency top-of-the-line system (inside air handler and outside condenser). From the very knowledgeable salesperson who spec'd the new system and provided a wealth of great information, to the top-notch installers, to the duct cleaning serviceman that was included, all of the personnel were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I can't say enough about the service they provided and the caring attitude they demonstrated. New system is whisper quiet and high quality just as they promised. I was very pleased with their skill level and unbelievable customer service from start to finish.

I live in Tampa and I am very satisfied with the service and system i recieved from Air Rescue. Pat Fontana was our most recent service technician and he is the best man they have out there! He was thorough and polite and didnt mind me watching over his shoulder - he encouraged it. Not many companies would do that.

These people will steal the money from your wallet in a heartbeat and think nothing of it. High pressure sales tactics and deceptive/excessive pricing is their forte. Save yourself some grief and look elsewhere for your own good!!!!!

I switched from a scam company, who just tries to sell you stuff, and barely even does a service(Cust Clim Cntrl Clrwtr), and called these guys after hearing a deal advertised on local a.m. radio, the guy showed up 1.5 hours after making the appointment, did stuff that I never saw an a/c guy do during a basic service, and told me what I needed and what I will need in the future and what I could wait to get(im laid-off), there was no pressure to buy anything, the guy even put on booties over his boots......he was great! I cant say enough about this company, and the service that is usually over a hundred dollars was like $49 or something close to that...pure professional I recommended them, actually the same tech(e left his busines card and cell phone number), to my friend who owns 2 homes and he had the same praise of the company.....great job guys! A company that understands the customer and not the dollar! They won me over and I will continue to use them for as long as I own my home, and believe me, if I wasnt "wow'd" I wouldnt have taken the time to write this!
