We have been long time Dr. Selby clients and are a very disappointed in the changes that have been going on in the lake oswego family physican office. As no one likes to go to the doctor but in the past the team at this office made you feel as if you were part of their family. When you go there now you are treated as a number and it doesn't feel as if they truly care about you as a person. I need a doctors office that I can connect with and that I feel genuinely cares about me as their patient I don't feel we can find that now with the new team at the Lake Oswego Family Phyiscans.... Doctor Kaluza was outstanding along with Caroline, all the previous front office staff and many of the nurses in the back.... it's too bad when you have been with a doctors office as long as we have that you need to look for another one but, we will be.

Cons: Too many bad changes
I have been a patient for more than 4 years and have always had great experiences here (as much as you can going to the doctors!). I use the PA-C's as my primary care "physicians" and both Nancy and Caroline are great. I will continue to be a patient for as long as they will let me!
Recently my husband fell down the stairs and need an x-ray (ankle problem) when I called they said "come on down" we were in and out of the office in less than 40 minues, X-ray and doctors visits all done!
I give them a 5 stary rating.
