Dr. Ziyar is an outstanding psychiatrist who takes the time to get to know his patients. He cares a lot about his patients and does whatever he can to help them in any way possible. I am a 4th year medical student who has worked alongside many physicians in the past, and I can say with the utmost confidence that Dr. Ziyar is one of the best. He has all the characteristics of an outstanding physician, and he puts his patients as his first priority and spends as much time as necessary to help them. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a psychiatrist in Fresno. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, caring, helpful, and respectful. Outstanding psychiatrist who I recommend to everyone.
