My Viking refrigerator stopped cooling. They answered my call fairly quickly and went out of the way to make sure someone came over the same day. My technician, Jim, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary part to complete the repair immediately. Terrific service, very professional.

Called these guys up saturday morning, they had a tech out in a couple hours. Tony brought up an after market switch and knocked out the repair in 15 minutes. I doubt I could have picked up the part and done the work faster.\r

Max knew exactly from experience what could be wrong with it. He replaced the relay and my fridge worked!!! Saved me from spending $$$ on the compressor or buying a new fridge. I should have called them from the very beginning instead of this other company!

Waited all day for tech to show up and he never came. They didn't even bother to call and let me know what was going on. When I called to check on my appointment earlier in the day, they told me that the tech will be there and that everything is ok. When no one showed up, I called them and they said they would figure out what was going on and call me back. No one did. I wasted my whole day for them to come and now my food is going to spoil and I cant take another day off until friday... I cant believe they would do something like that.

No one is ever happy about paying $500 to have their fridge repaired, but I suspect it was a fair price. I was pleased with them being on-time, they called when they were on their way. I would use them again, and recommend them

We have a Thermador SC302T Electric Double Oven and had been having problems with the microwave door not closing properly. We tried adjusting the door could not solve the problem, we called OC Repairs and they were able to solve our problem very quickly. It was an issue with the springs needing replaced. They were in and out quickly and were very polite. Price was within dollars of what the initial estimate was provided.

Two weeks ago we purchased a new Frigidaire washer and dryer stack able. My husband hurt his back in a motorcycle accident about 5 years ago and we were unsure how we would get them installed. We checked with a few handymen in the paper and they wanted and arm and a leg to install it. Furthermore the place we bought it wanted an extra $200 for installation.
My neighbour suggested calling Smith Brothers, are we ever glad we did. They were able to send a man the next day to get us all set up. He had the washer and dryer installed in less than an hour and in a tight spot at that. The cost was less than every other person we called and half of what the dealers guy wanted.
The manager at Smiths also said that he would provide us a discount on future work as my husband is on a disability pension.
Guess what they are coming back in the summer to install our air conditioners. :) Thanks alot guys!!
