Is there a negative rating, because Miller Toyota deserves it. I had the misfortune of purchasing my 07 Toyota Matrix from Miller Toyota in January. And they literally gave me the wrong car. That's right, the VIN number on all my paperwork was NOT the VIN number on the car I was given the keys to drive off in. A mistake they did not realize until months later when the car was not in inventory. Then they reported that car, which I had been driving, stolen to the police. So I had to haul myself down to the dealership and re-sign all my corrected contract and registration forms. And then get all new accounts with my lean holder and insurance companies. It is now December and they still have not fixed the registration with the DMV. In fact, I received a renewal from the DMV for the original VIN! I'm still calling them on a weekly basis to get an update on the registration status. When I was last at the dealership, on a Friday, they were nice enough to offer to wash my car for free...if I came back on Tuesday. But maybe I should have taken them up on that free wash. Who knows what car I would've gotten back!

Pros: none

.

I purchased a car in 2002 from this company. They failed to pay off my trade-in vehicle, kept running my credit report (31 times) until they had 'inquired it into a higher risk interest catagory, sold me a car that had been stolen and involved in major collisions (more than one) and got a judgment against me when I refused to pay the 'additional down-payment' required in order to frinance the car after they had placed 31 inquiries on my credit reports.
End results GOOD: I sued them for 30,000.00 and collected 27,000.00 in settlement, had their illegally obtained judgment set aside and vacated by the same court that issued it, sold their crappy stolen car for 12,000.00 and moved on with my life.
End results BAD: It took me 4 years to accomplish and cost me unfavorable interest at the time of my home purchase and my refinance. I spent 14,000.00 on legal fees and court costs and just last month (July, 2007) got their bogus judgment removed. Any questions or need help?: email me.
