I have seen so many bad reviews that wonder why people are so negative!? My experiance was plesant. Staff was promp and courteous! The Doctors and PA's are right on que when it comes to diagnosing! Prices are unbeatable... Don't be fool by

Physician and staff are first-rate. Very caring and professional. The doctor referenced in previous reviews no longer works there. Under new management as of 8/1/10. You will be very pleased with the service and care provided.

First off the doctor doesn't even speak English and she comes in with one foot out the door before you can even explain your problem. Then when you try to slow her down to explain herself, she take offense and just stands there looking at you!

Stay away from this place! Its expensive and the quality of health care is far from acceptable.

Dr Shokoohy is one of the worst doctors i have ever been to. Extremely incompetent, uncaring, forgetful- just plain doesn't know what she's doing . AND her office staff at HB urgent care is even WORSE ( a definite reflection of the place as a whole). Save your money and your time and go somewhere else!

DO NOT GO THERE.
FIRST OF ALL, THE DOCTOR DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I AM EVEN HAVING A DOUBT IF SHE IS REALLY A DOCTOR. I went to this urgent care because I was having a ear problem and my regular doctors office was closed on the weekend. She insisted that there was nothing wrong with me and even refused to give me a proper doctor's note when I asked for it. THE DOCTOR EVEN WALKED OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CONVERSATION WITH ME WHEN I WAS ASKING FOR A DOCTOR'S NOTE FOR MY WORK. She was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She could not even remember the terminology to describe my condition and when I asked her to explain more, she took it personally and said "are you saying that you do not understand my English? I speak english!" (WHICH SHE REALLY DOESN'T!) My husband was there to witness the whole thing because when she started being rude to me, I asked him to come in to the room to help me understand what she was saying and also explain my condition. and he even felt that the doctor was taking things way too personal and that she was acting very unprofessionally. I AM WARNING EVERYONE WHO IS READING THIS RIGHT NOW, DO NOT GO THERE. I had a horrible experience with this Doctor and will NEVER go back again.

Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Cons: Horrible Doctor if she's even a doctor at all!
