America's Best Limo

Absolutely Americas Worst Limo. The cars are junk, we reserved a Rolls Royce and a Navigator limo and on our wedding day they showed up with a beat up old Escalade that was dirty and rusting on the outside and the interior had rips and tears, missing hardware, a leaking sunroof, peeling window tint and a sagging headliner. I was totally embarrassed that this is what I had to offer to my wedding party. The Rolls Royce never showed up and they sent us a car that looked like a cross between a Pimp Mobile and the Batmobile. Totally tacky and what made it worse it had an exhaust leak that leaked inside the car which gave us both headaches by the time we reached our reception. The AC and windshield wipers didn't work either. We were never notified about the vehicle change until the cars were in our driveway and it was time to go. I called to complain and they only offered $100 a $1250 bill and when I told them that was unacceptable they hung up on me. Do not use this company, they are a total rip off and they won't even send you the cars you booked

I really wish I had read the reviews on this site before using this company? On our wedding day, they showed up with an OLD, RUSTY Lincoln. This is NOT what we ordered! The car looked like it had been rubbed down with sandpaper, then repainted (in some spots) with regular house paint. My wife and I were mortified but didn?t let it ruin our day. Please don?t use this company! I don?t think they have any of the other limo?s on their website, they show up every time with the same OLD disgusting car and say, ?we thought that was what you ordered?. The Lincoln just happens to be the only car not on their website - I cant wait to get our wedding photo's back so everyone can see what this company is doing!!! Total scam! Never again!

I'll never work with them again. I ordered a rolls for my wedding. They showed up late and with a limo. No apologies, no refund, no discount. Don't risk it.

don't make the same mistake i made. this vendor will not show up with the car you ordered and then when you attempt to address the error they made, they will ignore you as you have already paid.

don't book this vendor for a wedding or special event. they will not show up with the car you ordered and paid for. then, when u address the complaint and seek to rectify the dilemma they will avoid you b/c you have already paid. don't make the mistake i made.

I had a very nice experience with this company. I used them for my wedding. They had a real nice selection, with all their vehicles being in tip-top shape. The prices are good and the drivers are great.

This limo service is outstanding, the car selections are beyond compare. The drivers are amazing, they go above and beyond the call of duty to make your day as special as possible.
