Very reliable, consistent, affordable service. We have used them for 4 years and have lush, green lawn. We went to them to help control our moss problem in our grass and they have done a fantastic job.

Customer Beware! Great disappointment this year in quality of service. I will say they always appear on regular basis, but are doing less than acceptable job. The blowing is done without care where debris lands...i.e., wet grass blown at white garage door and house and grass and other debris blown into flower beds. Result of contact with management regarding performance of workers was to dismiss my concern and indicate that I should find someone else .... and I will.....find someone who cares and takes pride in doing a good job. Prices escalated this year and quality of work decreased. No longer will receive recommendations from me. Management might want to take a closer look at their attitude if they want to continue to have a successful business. Seems the customer does not come first with this outfit. They prefer to allow workers to do a shoddy job and get rid of customers who call this to their attention. This definitely is not reflected in their advertising..........so do be aware of this condition!

Received weekly lawn care maintenance (mowing and lawn care packages) services - each very good.

However, customer be aware- you will be charged for lawn mowing services throughout the winter months even though inclimate weather and slow grass growing season does not require that service. Clients may or may NOT (my case) if weather is rainly or snowy or stormy, or.... receive minor landcape tidying up as a replacement for mowing. NO value there... on windy days, blowing tmy property is akin to reorganizing deck chairs on the Titanic.

I have used Signature for several years, and will continue to use them in the years to come. Overall the provide a service that is of great value. They come once a month, as opposed to every 6-8 weeks and charge a very competitive price.
