I take my dog to Banfield in Tualatin and I find the care to be just right. The vets are all pleasant and knowledgeable, the attendants are all polite and cheerful. I would highly recommend Banfield in Tualatin. As with any business, they will ask whether you want such and such a test performed, and it's up to YOU to be an educated consumer. They have never been pushy. A special shout-out to Dr. Chigos and Dr. Zabell (not ordinarily with Tualatin). They answered my dozens of puppy questions good-naturedly and with tons of patience.

My dog wasn't acting right. He wasn't eating as much as usual and didn't seem himself. We took him to Banfield where they wanted to do all sorts of tests. At the time, many of the tests didn't make sense. For instance, the Ultrasound. \r\nThey kept him for several days saying the had Pancreatitis. Bill was about $3,000.00\r\nNow we learn from one of their own vets that they had, indeed, been doing ultrasounds and other work when unnessesary. Google ""Banfield Pet Hospital Unnecessary Tualatin"".\r\nJust look at all the complaints they have. The Better Business Bureau gives them an ""F""!
