Everyone at Autowerkes is knowledgeable and friendly. I needed an oil change and they did a thorough inspection of my newly purchased used car at no extra charge. And they cleaned my car inside and out at no extra charge ...it was spotless! My car was ready when promised and I will return on Wednesday to have repairs completed when parts arrive.

I would tell them that Autowerkes was the only one that fixed my safety bag light from staying on... I went to 2 different BMW dealership prior and neither of them could figure the fix. Autowerkes are very knowledgeable, professional, reasonable priced, and pleasant to work with any of the staff. I'm with them for life!

I had never used Bruce and his team for maintenance work before but they were able to plug my merc in and diagnose my problem for a very fair price--lower than the stealership. And their personalized car cleaning service is top notch, better clean job than the autowashes.

Although I try hard not to get into any fender benders, they do happen and this place was great. Easy to work with and billed my insurance directly. Makes it nice to have someone that does a great job when you have to go through this.
