We had eight windows from our 1948 house replaced by OK Mfg. & Supply in November 2009. Owner Gary Kuykendall steered us toward Plygem windows. We ordered single hung, double hung, and casement windows and they all look great. Jeff Kuykendall, Gary??s brother, led his team of regular installers in a professional and clean job. They removed mini blinds and reinstalled them on the new windows. They located vintage molding inside a closet to replace some that had been removed by the previous owner. They even reinstalled the molding in the closet even though no one sees it! They vacuumed the rugs clean. The installation job has been perfect even with all of our recent heavy rains. After waiting for years to buy new windows and getting several bids, we are glad we found OK Mfg. I will be replacing several other windows after seeing the terrific results.

O,K Mfg installed vinyl windows in my house about six months ago, they were very professional, prompt and clean. The salesman really knew what he was talking about, the installers were great to work with. The windows work great, I have not had any problems with the windows, I will definetely be using them again.

I had several windows replaced in my home by OK Mfg & Supply. They worked with me to choose the best windows within my budget. The installation was done in a timely manner by very courteous and knowledgeable installers. I never had a problem with any of the windows, so several years later, I returned to OK Mfg to purchase some doors and some more windows for the rest of my home. Again, I was very satisfied.

The knowledgable salespeople at O.K. Mfg. helped me select the perfect windows and doors for my remodeling project. They offered me several different options and gave me a great price. Seeing the product on display in their huge showroom helped immensely. I would recomend them to everyone.

I bought some windows from O K Mfg last year and now they leak. Not one but 3 of the 6 they put in. Terrible job on the installation but didnt think it was this bad. Salesman at O K Mfg lied to me about how they installed the windows and that they used their own workers. The workers at O K Mfg sure dont care about fixing the problem and tell me they arent responsible and that its not their fault. I cant believe that this company can stay in business if they do such a bad job on installations. I am writing this review to warn other homeowners not to trust this company. I should have never went with the cheapest estimate. I sure will never do that again.
