Great experience. I bought a new Hyundai Sonata, which is exactly what I was looking for. The salesman really helped me make the right decision and he was very patient and polite.

I just bought a new Buick Regal last week, and not only do I love the car but I am truly grateful for the service and my sales agent Kevin B. Rogers auto group always talks about there customer service and immediately when I walked into the dealership I felt like this was the place I wanted to buy a car. My husband and I recently bought a car here, a Hyundai Accent, which has turned out to be a really great automobile. Our experience with the dealership, and specifically our salesman-Kevin Benavides- was excellent. He was super-helpful, not pushy at all, patient and very friendly. I can't say enough how great of an experience we had. They were thorough but swift as well with the paperwork, etc. All the salespeople were friendly and attentive. Great service! highly recommended. And the hot chocolate was really good as well.

I just got my new Azera and I love it! They were so helpful and I felt like I was in control throughout the entire buying process. Highly recommend checking them out!
5I just purchased a Chevy Cruze from this place. The salesman Anthony was great. From experience, I'd be in dealers all day trying to finalize a deal. However Anthony had me in and out in record time.The finance dept is what took the longest of all the time there. They were very busy but as soon as I was called in to sign my deal I was done within 10 minutes. I would recommend Anthony P. if you are interested in buying a vehicle from Rogers!!!!!

Our salesman went over everything in the car, not to leave anything out and even when we went to drive off, he noticed something we were supposed to have receive but it wasn't in the car and he ran back in to grab it for us. Although there was some bargaining involved (something I completely understand, Man's gotta eat!), I feel that I received a very fair and reasonable deal. Even when we were calling around and checking prices, The salesman waited patiently for us to make our decision.

I bought a brand spanking new 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. I just have to say I am so incredibly happy with my new car. I have wanted an SUV-type vehicle for so long because of the wonderful space. Everything about my experience at Rogers Auto Group has been stellar. I was able to look up the car I wanted on the website and figure the payments within my budget and I went it and did it. I feel great.

I don't blog or write stuff on the Internet, but my recent experience at Rodger's Auto Group was just too good to go unrecognized. My check-engine light came on a few weeks ago so I brought my beloved car to the dealership to get it checked. I was heartbroken to learn that rats (disgusting, beady-eyed vermin) had crawled up under the hood and gnawed through some wires. They quoted me $200 and said it would take 2-3 hours to fix b/c the damaged wires were deep inside the engine block. I made an appointment to come back in a few days and left, sad and disgusted. When I returned for my scheduled appointment, The tech who helped mewas great why? Well (a) he remembered my problem [which was a nice surprise b/c the place was super busy the day I was there], (b) offered tremendous sympathy, and (c) gave good tips on how to keep the problem from happening again. They got my poor car right in, fixed the problem faster than originally estimated and, best of all, fixed it at huge discount. How huge? How about free! Their exceptional service, empathy, professionalism and character have made me a thoroughly satisfied and loyal customer. I have never had a better car repair experience ... cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I recently purchased a new Hyundai from Rogers and I have to say that it was a great experience. The sales man was very personable and a joy to do business with. He explained everything very clearly to me so I didn't misunderstand anything. I will definitely do business here again.

This is my 15th car purchase, and I know (I really mean it) how dealers work, and I hate it. I shopped around dealers over internet and phone before I visited this dealer. They are definitely, by far, the most friendly and caring sales people that I've ever met and I got a great price. It was such a good experience of purchasing a car that I would definitely recommend Rogers to anyone who wants to buy Hyundai. I got a Sonata limited, and this is even better than my previous BMW.

Alright, let me first start off saying that I've been car shopping for a month at the least and every dealer I went to pretty much had the same deal on the 2011 Elantra I wanted, but they wanted to take me to the bank and squeeze as much as they could out of me so I walked out of more then 10 dealerships because they couldn't meet what I wanted. At Rogers they didn't pull all the tricks out of the bag. They were really nice and didn't try to make me feel dumb so they could lure me into a sale, I just told Alvin what I wanted, the price I wanted it at and he did it. Check out Rogers Hyundai, they gave me a better deal and treated me better than all the other dealerships.

I was in the market for a new car but I didn't know where to start. My friends told me about Rodgers Hyundai and how going there was a positive experience. Sure enough I found my car and the whole process was hassle free!

Great car inventory! Anyone can find a car here that suits their needs. I had such a hard time narrowing down my choices but the sales staff was patient and let me test drive some of the cars before I made my mind.

I had a great experience at Rogers Auto Group when recently purchasing my daughter's first vehicle. Everyone we bumped into was extremely nice and welcoming. They were also very patient while my daughter tried to decide on which car she liked better. I would definitely come back and recommend them to anyone!

I recently had some issues with the check engine light coming on and was unable to pass the IL emissions test. The service mangers worked with me to correct the issues. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what was corrected and why it was needed.

5My fiancee frequently dropped off and picked up the car for me. Garages can be fairly female-unfriendly, but she felt very comfortable with Rogers. They generally seem to price things fairly and only recommend necessary or appropriate work to be done.

I had my Hyundai worked on while I was out of town. The check engine light was on so I handed my car over to these guys before I left the state. They even paid for a cab ride for me to downtown. I called a few days later to check on the status and a guy told me my car was ready and to be picked up whenever I could get to it (no storage fee if your car is left there while you're out of town). The charge? Free. I was covered under my warranty. Everyone seemed really helpful and the process was seamless.
