Vincent is a master of his craft. During my hour, he zoned in on the areas that needed the most attention. At times, I wanted to cry because it hurt (so good) and fall asleep because I was so deeply relaxed. When it was through, i was completely energized and balanced!
I had a muscle strain in my lower back and he went above and beyond using warm towels & ice when necessary. If you want a deep tissue/ sports massage, Vincent is your man!
