As a female, it's always intimidating going into a car dealership. I feel very comfortable taking my car to Robins Ford. They always treat me very well there. I've been to other dealerships and feel like they're taking advantage of me.

I like the prompt service and the knowledgable service advisor they helped where anohter dealer the could not fix or find the problem.

However, Robins Ford completely blew away all my expectations! The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had my car in and out in a timely manner and washed it for me. The part that really surprised me was how nice everyone was. I walked into the showroom to just kill some time and, of course, a salesman came up to me. I told him I was just waiting for my car in service and he still offered me some coffee and was very pleasant to talk to while I waited for my car to be finished. I also saw that they were celebrating 90 years in business! Congrats Robins Ford! I can definitely see how they stayed in business so long! They have earned a life long customer.

Took to long to work on my vehicle. Don't have enough mechanics working there. Service advisor wasn't on the ball and caught him in a lie. Wasnt helpfull in explaining the problems. vehicle was out of warranty by 1000 miles and the engine was blown. Rick Frank the service manager wasn't helpfull. I suggest you find a dealership that has managers and service people that are honest and concerned about getting your business back.
