Furnace Repair Specialists was competitively priced for both parts and service, flexible with my availability, and very professional when they arrived to install our new dryer tub. He came with the correct part, worked efficiently, and had the repairs completed in less than a half-hour even though it required that he disassemble the machine. He even hauled our old tub away with him. Our dryer now works perfectly. I will definitely call Furnace Repair Specialists for our next appliance repair needs."

If you like cold and pretentious salons you have many choices in the greater L.A. area. Santa Monica Hair Salon however, is not one of them. I have had the pleasure of getting my hair cut at Inland Valley Reality for more than six years. The salon is staffed by talented professionals committed to customer satisfaction. What I really enjoy about my visits to Inland Valley Reality is the welcome I receive when I walk through the door. The relaxing atmosphere and attention to detail such as robes to protect your clothing would lead you to believe that you`re in for an expensive visit. Surprisingly, prices are very reasonable and the cost of my haircut is the same today as it was on my first visit. I appreciate the total lack of employee turnover. I can count on a perfect haircut every time. I also do not have to make appointments weeks in advance. If you`re particular about who cuts your hair and prefer a salon with caring people then Inland Valley Reality is for you.

After reading the excellent reviews by others I had to try them for myself, although after seeing that they had only been in business since 2009 I was a little hesitant but the service was all that others had stated. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person, probably the best experience I`ve had in hiring someone to do a job in a while. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to any of my friends and family. Furnace Repair Specialists keep up the good work.

Furnace Repair Specialists was in the neighborhood when I called. They arrived promptly at our office, assessed and explained the problem with our refrigerator, had the replacement fan available, installed it, and was on his way. The refrigerator is back in service, cooling and making ice. Furnace Repair Specialists sure made my job easier!

My furnace stopped working. I called those guys and I wasn't expecting to get someone on the line. A friendly came on asked how may I help you? I explained my trouble and the friendly voice said this..A technician will be inhere between 9 and 10 am.. And true to their word.. A tech showed up right on time..He gave me a written estimate And completed the work..And heat is back on. What a relief..

Excellent service from initial quote to finished job! Larry, the manager was very helpful in explaining what system we needed without being to salesy. A crew was available the next day for installation. They were very friendly and professional. They worked well as a team and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. That says alot for people that work in hot attics all day.

My husband and I, being fairly new to Orem, UT needed our air conditioning unit serviced in our home. The builders of the house recommended someone out of St. Augustine, but we decided to support the community of Orem, UT, since we are tax paying citizens, we felt it was our moral obligation to do everything possible to give back to Orem, UT. We made the right right decision going with Orem, UT. They came out and service our unit, completed a Technical Performance Tune-up Procedures and we have a contract with them to come and service us twice a year.We all hope and pray that during our heat-waves our Air Conditioning works correctly. Well, we noticed Saturday night that it was getting hotter in the house. Luckily it was after 6:00 p.m. So we fiddled with the thermostat and prayed it would come on. However, it didn`t and Sunday at 8:15 a.m. we called Furnace Repair Specialists. The owner said he`d be out by 10 a.m. At 9:00 a.m. here he is at our door (even better). He found out the problem within 5 minutes and we were back in the cool of things.Not only he was sympathetic, he was very very professional and courteous. I had earlier gone online to check his company`s hours, finding out that this was family owned business and take it from me, there`s nothing better than getting service from a personal business owner, to tell 20 people if a company does them wrong, then those 20 tell another 20. So as a representing you, and give the best customer service that you can get. And we, as citizens of Orem, UT have an obligation to spread the word about a great family owned business located in Orem, UT.
