It is when things don't exactly go as planned when you realize the type of business and service you are dealing with. The new steering rack job ended up being somewhat more complicated and took more time to perform. Exactly as it should be - easy, friendly and efficient. There are no "hidden" surprises as anything regarding the car is always discussed before anything is done.

New clean location, I was treated with professional courtesy and my car was examined and found needing new brakes beside the initial oil change. A nail was found in one of my tires and my idle was off; these repairs were made quickly and efficiently. A future plan was made to replace my timing belt in 6000 miles with a big savings over the cost of the dealership.

I was having problems with my car brakes making noise and had no luck with other auto repair shops -- they would "replace" my brake pads and send me on my way. The mechanic at FixCarNow showed me the exact problem with my brakes and fixed it that day. They even drove me home and picked me up once the work was done. I brought my civic into Fix Car Now for an oil change and asked them about a noise under my hood. I was shocked at the persistent and eager team behind the counter and out in the shop. Their experience proved worthy as they were able to pinpoint the noise to a bad bearing in the transmission. The repairs were far cheaper and quicker than the dealership would have been.

The crew here at Fix Car Now gave me immediate attention despite the fact that they had other cars in their garage. My car, which had the ignition tampered with and broken, was quickly diagnosed and started. Rob replaced the ignition and all the other loose end that the burglar had messed with. I went to the dealer before coming to Fix Car Now and got a much better deal, in shorter time too!

Joe was fantastic, professional and complete. Worked on my AudiQ7, replaced the brakes and never had to deal with the dealership! Perfect way to have a car worked on.

I can't say enough good things about the guys here at Fix Car Now. My brakes were acting which is never a cheap fix. I was expecting to pay a lot more, but the guys even worked out a payment plan for me and fixed my brakes right up. If I ever run into another car troubles I'm coming here because I know these guys can be trusted.

I am really surprised to read some of these negative reviews. I have taken my precious M3 here for a few repairs and have been nothing but satisfied with the services I received. I have no affiliation with the owner or the company, just a happy consumer putting in my 2 cents (or 5 stars!)

These guys are the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. They walk you through all the repairs needed, they show you the parts that have been replaced, they give you options, and won't charge for repairs that they can't guarantee. On top of it all they'll wash and vacuum your car before they give it back to you.

Good thing I took my car into Fix Car Now. The other shop was about to charge me twice as much as I just paid here. This shop is far from a rip off!!
