Let me start this by saying; this ranks up there with the top five worst customer service examples I??ve had the misfortune of experiencing. There is an utter complete lack of communication at this location. The assistant manager was nothing but unprofessional, combative and down right rude. Not only was she unresponsive to my feed back and input (considering they didn??t know which brand I was supposed to get or the right prescription even though computers and good old fashioned pen and paper are readily at their disposal) but argumentative on top of it. The only good thing about this office is Dr. Huber, but to be truthful I will never set foot inside this Nationwide again. Save yourself the agony of going here and find somewhere that is at least cheaper. If you are going to be treated like a second rate citizen you might as well save some coin. Conundrum indeed. More like incompetence at the highest level.

Nationwide Vision came highly recommended to me by a friend and they were right. I was in dire need of glasses and an eye exam, I was able to get both at this location. I got my eye exam one day and a week later I picked up my glasses. There were a wide selection of frames and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable about eyeglass business.

I like nationwide because it's very reasonable and they have a wide variety of glasses and contacts. There are so many stores around the valley. They don't make you wait weeks before you see a Dr. Appointments are always available.
