On the whole I love MICHAELS. But this store leaves alot to be desired Everytime I shop there I leave frustratted about something. . \r\n Isles are always crouded with merchandise and difficult to navigate through. Not to mention not being able to find the items I am searching for.\r\nThe associates although friendly and wanting to be helpful the lack of basic crafting knowledge hurts their business and is very frustraging.\r\nMy biggest complaint lately is lack of qualified helpful instructors. And lack of classes. I have taught classes at different Michaels stores as a ""non=professional"" custome.\r\n.

Although it takes a long time to get my framing projects, the staff is helpful and friendly. They are always in a good mood when I see them and ready to answer my questions.\nI don't mind waiting when the staff is so awesome! Especially Edgar! I always enjoy dealing with Edgar.

I have been a customer for many years and purchased all my knitting yarn's form Michael's. In 2009, since the beginning of this year the Yarn Dept. is a complete disaster. You can not buy 10 skins from the same dye lot to finish a project. I am very dissapointed and there is nobody employed there to even care or give you an idea when this slump is over. I am an avid knitter and finally decided to go somewhere else.

Micheals is your one stop shop for all your crafting needs. They have just about anything you could imagine as far as arts and crafts supplies go, along with classes for kids and adults too.

I buy a lot of my supplies for the craft projects I make. I buy yarn, needlepoint kits, scrapbooking materials, paper, needles, patterns, and organizers through them. Also I buy paint, brushes and frames for my completed works. They also have ceramics to paint. I am looking forward to taking classes through this company in the near future. I recommend this store. They also have good sales.
