Gentle Dental Costa Mesa

I was seriously about to switch dentists because I hated that the previous dentist didn't do what I wanted to be done, and end up having to get a bridge because of losing of a teeth. Thankful, I was willing to give them another chance and they fixed up a problem I had right away, instead of doing other dental work done. Gah, finally. Dentist works here who know what the patients want.

The Dr. and front office staff were great!! They were very understanding of a very nervous patient who hates needles and pain. Great experience, I was very impressed.

The staff is always nice and my dentist - Dr. Follico - is the best! Do not ever change, because you rock!!!!!

I've always had good experiences at Gentle Dental! I was very happy with my service, the x-ray tech/dental assistant was very good and the Dr was also very excellent!! I highly recommend being treated here at Gentle Dental, a truly fine bunch of doctors and human beings.

Dr. Follico is absolutely AMAZING! He is honest about everything, caring and very gentle. He made me feel like I was a family member. Also, the girls up front are wonderful. Gabby really has her stuff together. It's always a pleasure to come in this office. I also had a deep cleaning done by the head dentist, Dr. Cathrine, she was so nice and informative, and very gentle with the treatment. Made me feel very comfortable. All in all, I love the Costa Mesa office! They know what they are doing and are great at it. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist. I would especially recommend Dr. Follico!

My family has been to this dental clinic for the last six years. Both my kids love coming here to get work done on their teeth. Needless to say the adults love her to the dentist and staffs are all so equally great.

I went to this office for a root canal/crown and wisdom teeth extraction. They do not let you know of any options except for the ones they choose for you. They explain their choices in 2 minutes and have little regard for your medical insurance coverage. They actual work is good, but all the other aspects stink.

The hygienist was amazing. She explained what she was doing throughout the appointment, and she was very thorough with the work that she was doing. I love being able to leave there with a big smile on my face. And the office staff and assistance are always so pleasant.

People there are nice and very professional. Faye Hazrati is great!!! She has a wonderful personality that keeps you relax.

The dentist was so kind and friendly, but most of all very good at his skill of dentistry. I am a medical professional, so I am familiar with how the mechanics of an office run, and this facility is amazing.

The gentle dental office is great, the service great, dr. Faye Hazrati is great awesome my general & cosmetic dentist is the best, she's very gentle every time she performed her treatment. The dental assistants Nahid and Maria they were very nice and very friendly too. Aidee Gonzales service treatment consultant she's amazing, she's great, very professional and excellent customer service. It was a great experience, I strongly recommend gentle dental of Costa Mesa for future reference.

As always, my cleanings are thorough and well done. I love Dr. Follico and the staff, super nice, and endearing people!

I have been a patient at this office for about 3 years and even though I have moved out of the area, I still schedule my appointments here and I always will. It is worth a commute to me because I know this entire office has my well being in their best interest. Dr. Follico is a total pro. He does excellent dental work and also happens to have a super great personality.

When it comes to dental work, I am a very sensitive patient. I have many dental issues and often need fillings, root canals, and even re-work on my crowns. Yuck and Ouch!! Dr. Follico and his team of professionals are extremely warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Office finally got a digital facelift - safer x-rays. Debbie the hygienst rocks!

My family and I have been going to Gentle Dental in Costa Mesa for over 15 years and have had the same hygienist and dentist for close to 12. Nobody likes having to go the dentist but this group makes it OK. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office to establish a relationship with.

So, I called this today (after calling two other offices with no openings) and was able to get in the same day for the tooth ache. The doctor took care of me, the staff was friendy, and most of all no PAIN!!! I'm bringing my kids back next week.

Nice clean office. Friendly staff. I would have given five stars but I waited nearly 15 minutes in reception. After I mentioned that I needed to get back to work an office star member took me back to get X-Rays immediately.

Absolutely loved the whole visit. The doctor was very warm, professional, and easy to understand. Staff was great. Much improved from years past.

They are AWESOME, always have the same Dr & assistant helping. I am literally in and out to get my braces tightened in 15 minutes. The staff are SUPER nice, and the Dr (theres only one, young looking and nice) is extremely informative. Their office is clean and very up to date and so are their services that they offer. The ortho place I got my first quote from was nasty and old, was using old procedures, ill informed, and still offering ceramic which is abrasive and stains. Here I got my beautiful clear crystal ones that dont stain and reflect the color of my teeth so their never off, most people cannot even tell I have braces. If you need to get braces this is the place.

The office staff is friendly and efficient. It was not always that way there. I don't dread going nearly as much as I did as short a time ago as last year.

I've been going here for 10 years and I have not had one complaint. The staff make me feel like family and dr Follico is such a funny guy. Their names speaks for themselves. I would highly recommend this place! Very clean.

Dallas was awesome. Made me very comfortable and worked well with the doctor as a team. She even took the time to do before and after shots of some small chips I had from brushing too hard and grinding a bit.

Dr Nazrati was great! Her care, explanation, and quality work made me feel comfortable in her chair & confident she knows her skills.

Been going to see Dr. Hazrati here for a few years. She's always done nice cosmetic touch up bonding and fixing old fillings at a great price.

I was their customer since 2003 and I don't have any problem, that's how good they are for me personally. Dr. Faye Hazrati is the best.

I am really surprised to see the bad reviews for the Costa Mesa office. Every time I walk through the door I am greeted with a smile from Veronica. and they are all very very helpful.

I had a bad experience with the original dentist I had here so I requested a new one.

I was assigned to Dr. Loomis and he is AMAZING! He knew I was nervous (shaking) and he took his time. walked me through what he was doing. I even got a tooth pulled and didnt believe him until I saw it. Dr. Loomis is the only dentist I will ever trust again!!!

and Dr. Keating is my hygenist. really friendly, professional. I am 28 and for the first time had someone take the time to sit me down and walk me through how to properly brush and floss my teeth and I have been to handfuls of dentists in my life.

I gave Gentle Dental Costa Mesa 5 stars....I would have given more if it allowed me.

Criminals. They overcharged me by $1,200. I was shocked. I agreed to treatment per my insurance terms, they performed it, and then overcharged me by an extra $1,200. Keep in mind that was IN ADDITION to the hundreds I had ALREADY PAID for the procedure. Their billing department is HORRENDOUS. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
