Southern Painting, Inc. was started by Robert G. Fleming, President, in 1979. Bob, his wife Linda and their three sons are residents here in Newport Beach, California. As an established, insured painting company, Southern Painting has served Orange County for 30 years. Bob understands the needs of the local community. As a businessman, he is well established in the commercial property management aspect of painting and tenant improvements. As a resident, he can relate to the homeowner.

Southern Painting, Inc. started with Robert Flemingâ??s desire to offer customers personalized service while meeting their individual requirements. Growing up in Alaska in the building and development industry, Robert Fleming learned how to meet and exceed peopleâ??s expectations. He earned a reputation of being reliable, conscientious and trustworthy. When Robert moved to Southern California in the mid-70â??s he worked for other painting contractors. The way the unions operated were inconsistent with Robertâ??s way of working with customers. Robert knew customers wanted someone they could trust and communicate with. He responded to customer demand by opening Southern Painting, Inc. in 1979. Southern Painting, Inc. hired experienced painters and established a growing and highly satisfied customer base. Today, Southern Painting, Inc. continues to treat each property with respect. Our friendly and courteous employees maintain a clean and safe worksite, work within each customer's schedule and minimize the impact on their home or business.
