The food and setting are fine, but they use little styrofoam cups and plastic spoons for serving their various sauces, desserts, and soups in, which blows an otherwise decent experience. When I put soup in a porcelain mug, the waiter brusquely told me that I could only use the styrofoam cup. Why they would blow their ambience and image with styrofoam makes me wonder what other compromises they do which aren't as obvious. If they get rid of the styrofoam, I'd be glad to recommend this restaurant. Heck, it's even located close to the bay which adds to its ambience.

Our family loves the decor and we are now regulars! We are big fans of the chicken tika masala and the lamb vindalu. Prices are moderate, not a cheap dinner, but a good one! Take out is easy and after reheating the food is still good.
great family owned restaurant!
5India Village has enchanting curries, very interesting, traditional decor. Buffet lunches available every day. Complete and authentic Indian dinners. I highly recommend the tandoori chicken. Friendly service. Moderately priced. Relatives want to dine here every time they visit.
