Chili's Grill & Bar

Run don't walk away from this restaurant. While the wait staff if good, the wait for food is outrageous. We arrived at 4:20 pm and were seated and our waitress came over. She got our drink order and took the balance of our order by 4:30

I went to the new chilis in Shelton and was not very happy. They are still working out the kinks with the staff. The food was good but it took a very long time to get to our table. Im sure it will get better.

I went to chili's for my 21st birthday. We had a fantastic time and the waiter we had was a lot of fun. The food was very good and the place was extrememly clean and organized. I will tell all my frineds and family to go here.

I will admit the food is more then good-it's really good! What bothered me here is the cleanliness of the establishment in general. I know many places to eat cannot be completely without a speck of dirt but I have seen alot of dirt here and the bathroom has been-um-let's just say unusable. I'd go back if they clean it up a bit but last time my group was there we actually took off while waiting to be seated because of this. But the food is good!
