I was very dissatisfied with this vet. I had a cat that had a severe reaction to a prescription cat food they put her on (crystals in her urine). Within 1 week we realized something was wrong..we brought her back to them, they determined this and switched her food and marked her chart with this info. A few yrs later we brought her in for a regular check-up and was told that she was a little overweight so they would like to switch her to a lower calorie food. After giving her the food for a few days we started having the same problems that she had yrs before. Turns out that they had given her the exact same food again. Tried to say that WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. I disagree with this, as they have the chart and agreed that that is a side-effect of this particular food.She had nothing but problems since that last incident and developed stones and became a miserable cat. We could barely touch her anymore without her hissing at us.I will NEVER go back there again!!! Mountain Lore Animal Hospital is a MUCH better choice!
