Frankie's Dairyette Inc

I grew up (48 years) in Waterbury and moved to Maine in 2000. The things I miss the most after my family & friends are Frankie's foot-long hot dogs. I would drive the 3-1/2 hour drive just to have a Frankie's hot dog with mustard and their home-made hot relish.

Everything is to go here. They are known for their great foot long hot dogs. My husband's favorite if the chili dog. I always get the cheeseburger. Great choices for kids too. If you can fry it or grill it, it's there. They are not open during the coldest winter months, but on the first days of spring, the lines will be around the corner. There is a small pavilion nest to the parking lot, if you really want to eat it there. Great value for the money.
