we bought a brand new ford focus and this car has almost been rebuilt. every thing from leaking gas tank to Cadillac converts have been changed. i will never buy a car from them again

They sold me a LEMON! After purchasing a Ford F350 shiny and brand new, I started to have problems one after another. I brought it to them to be repaired and it just caused more problems. It got to the point I had to bring it to someone else, they found the problem and it couldn't be fixed. Crestwood would not replace the truck or own up to the warranty. I traded it in for a Dodge Ram.

I've purchased Ford vehicles from Crestwood Ford and also had them repaired by their service department. I believe I have always been treated fairly when trading and purchasing an automobile, and also when having them repaired. I have usually had a rental vehicle authorized for my use when my vehicle required a major repair and would be tied up for several days.
