They Just Don't Get It...Went their for a special occasion. Arrived early but they said they were all booked and shoved us in the bar area. Looked around and the place was almost empty there were only a couple of tables taken (when we left they were still less than half full, easily could have seated us) Had bought a gift certificate they said could not use because we purchased a $12 hamburger to go with a very expensive meal that did not qualify. Complained to management about everything and they were unsympathetic, rude and stuck to their guns. There company mission statement should be "everyone who works here is right, every customer is wrong". Food was good, Prices were high, Service was condescending. Not worth the trip.

NEW Ownership, Bad Culture, The food was very good, but a little overpriced. But the most important thing was the help. From the hostess to the waitresses extremely bad service. Believe it or not they were CONDESCENDING. They smiled to

This was where we had our first date, years ago. Then it was a bit more fancy and elegant. Today it is more casual but the food is still good. I wish they would bring back the tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes. It was awesome. We would make the trip just for that.

Jeffreys A Restaurant, is a place we went to for special occasions at work. Everyone always loved out trips here. I think the food is very good, but a bit 'foofy' and tiny. The menu is highly inventive, and prepared masterfully. The desserts are worth saving room for. The interior decor is what I guess what one would call Victorian, but it is just plain flowery to me. There are nice views of the marshes from the windows. The waitstaff is highly professional and attentive. I think the prices are high for the small portion sizes.
