Well, these guys made national news for how many lawsuits they have against them and for their usurious and bullying tactics when faced with less than happy customers. If you want a company to sue you or to do shoddy work then these are your guys!

Based on the reports of them suing anyone who complains to them about their work OR who tries to tell anyone about problems they've had with Baybrook Remodelers, I would suggest everyone stay away from this company.
It also appears that they've used shills or paid reviewers in order to give themselves good reviews. This is another sign that Baybrook Remodelers should be avoided.

As an attorney, I find their misuse of the court system to try to punish dissatisfied customers to be abhorrent. Not to mention all the clearly fake positive reviews. If you want to know what to believe, try looking up the number of complaints filed with the CT Dept of Consumer Protection.

Dear Ken,
Just wanted to say thank you for helping us accomplish our addition. Our girls especially thank you in advance because now, as teenagers, they won't hate sharing a bathroom with their parents! We absolutely love our bedroom. Your men are very talented and we appreciate their hard work! Thanks again, we couldn't be more pleased...

Baybrook has always done great work for me. My wife and I work full time and have 2 kids which leaves us no time for babysitting our contractor. We recently had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled and they were great always cleaned up at night and actually finished the project early.

At the time he was receiving negative reviews from a woman in Milford and at one of his staff meetings directed everyone to go online and write a positive review. If you look at other reviews that were written at that time you can read between the lines as to who wrote them. I apologize for misleading people.

I don't know who John C or Kristen A are, but I know I do not usually do reviews and when I saw both of yours I was upset for anyone to say that Baybrook writes their own reviews. I highly doubt that Baybrook needs to stoop to that level. I have had multiple projects done, a few small ones and one large addition. I had a kitchen designed that came out spectacular. From start to finish I did not have any complaints. Everyday I came home and they had cleaned up, locked up and had treated my home as their own. Ken the owner is always reachable on his cell any time day or night if you should have a question, not to mention the rest of his staff. I have recommended this company to many friends and all have been very satisfied.

Pat the project manager was great, easy to work with and accommodating. I was at ease while the crew was working in my home. It was quite evident they worked hard; most importantly they respected my home and property.

When baybrook did some work for us last year, we were very pleased with the level of professionalism of the crew that showed up. They did work on the exterior part of our home and when they finished, they made sure to not leave a mess behind. They even used some sort of device that picked up any loose nails or screws that may have been dropped in the yard. My children often play outside so this was a huge plus! Thank you Baybrook!

This company really catered to our needs. They honored their word and stood by the work they did. Since the first project we had them do a few years ago, we've had them complete two other projects. Their service was timely and all of our questions and needs have been addressed. We plan to have them come back for a fourth time to remodel our basement!

We have nothing but nice things to share about this company. We enjoy having company over in our newly renovated home. It feels and looks brandnew with a fresh brand new smell! Home should look and feel this good and Baybrook made it happen. I usually don't take the time to fill out reviews, but I believe Baybrook is worth taking the time to share a positive review.

We are very pleased with the turnout of our home because of Baybrook! The siding is gorgeous-what a difference it makes!! And we now love our backyard- who knew a deck could be so beautiful!! I recently had a large addition built by Baybrook Remodelers. I was impressed by the design they developed and the quality of work they delivered. Each of their workman were clean polite and very proffesional. I was very pleased by the quick reponse to any of my questions. I would reccomend Baybrook to family and friends

Baybrook Remodelers is truly one of the most trustworthy companies I have ever done business with. They were always on top of every aspect of the project, and were quick to answer any questions I had. My new kitchen is a work of art, Dan, Tom, Pat, and the crew were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any part of their home worked on!
