Silver Lake Animal Hospital

Very displeased with my visit. Had a stray cat who was pregnant, wanted her to get examined and vaccinated. Dr was very rude and unpleasant, and acted as if caring for animals was such a chore. Could tell he was knowledgable but was just downright rude. His assistant was also very rude and snobby as well. Would never go back again and would never recommend to any friends or family.

Very pleased with this practice. Have recommended Dr. Focacci to others and they have also been pleased. He is well educated, knowledgeable and the prices are realistic. At annual check up he wasn't vaccine crazy either just the shots that our pet needed. Also didn't push other products. And best of all I don't have to drag my dog into the office.

Just visited this Vet from a referral by a friend as we did not have a good experience with the other animal hospital in this town. Very professional and great with our dog. Doc was informative and was very patient answering the questions we had. Fees were very reasonable. Liked it a ton and plan to bring our dog here from now on.

Dr. Focacci is by far the best vet we have ever used for our pets and I would highly recommend him. It is very apparent he has a love of animals and will answer any questions you may have. You never feel rushed by him. In regards to the person's comments about his "condescending attitude"...Dr. Focacci (or Dr. Mark as we call him) has a very dry personality and sense of humor but is an extremely kind and caring man as are all of the staff in his office.

I have taken my cats and dogs here for about 9 years now and cannot recommend this animal hospital highly enough. I have dealt with several vets over the years and Dr. Focacci is, by far, the best I have ever known. He is absolutely wonderful to the animals and cares deeply about them. His prices are reasonable and very fair. Fortunately I only live 5 minutes from the hospital, but if I didn't I would travel hours to have him care for my four legged family members.

I have seen this vet for 6 years. All 3 of my pets go here. My sister and my mom also use the same vet. He is AMAZING! He absolutley cares about the welfare of the pets. I have a cat with a health problem and Dr. F has been nothing but supportive. He is there to take care of my lovies and that is exactly what he does. I recommend him to anyone. He is also very reasonably priced. I have visited other vets and have had to pay throught the nose for simple procedures, not here. He is a great vet, his staff is excellent and I trust him completely!

I took my animal to this guy and he couldn't have been worse to be. He's only OK with the pets. VERY poor communicator.
