Billy's Old-Fashioned Ice Crm

I wish I could give it a negative 5 stars.... My family and I have been a long time fans of Billy's and we have many fond memories of many a warm summers eve there. However, as I was informed today quite rudely- "It's under new ownership now." Well.... It sure is. The sign outside says "Billy's Old-Fashioned Ice Cream" and while they do still carry your basic ice cream flavors, gone are the long time favorites such as girl scout thin mint, and devil's twist, and M&M. It appears good old fashioned manners and customers service is gone too- My experience there today left my ice cream with a bad taste that continued long after my cone was gone. My family and I won't be going back.

I like to say that Billys Old Fashioned Ice Cream is so rich, it kind of arches your plastic spoon like a fishing rod with a really big fish on it. It's true!. Their hand made ice cream is delicious, so rich and creamy. They have great flavors. I like the thin mint and raspberry truffle. They are right on Rte. 63 in Bethany, across from the old airport. Parking is plentiful, the prices are great and the portions are huge!

billy's is a great place to go and homemade ice cream,they make there ice cream fresh daily,they are a little pricey but i guess you pay for quality, they also serve food and have and attached convience store

Billys Ice Cream is great. My favorite is the Oreo Cookie but every flavor is a hit with my family. You can also get a good lunch before or after your ice cream.

Made in house ice cream. Delicious! Very expensive, but a great summer treat. Not like it was years ago, with toys everywhere and carousels outside. But still a treat just the same.
