Horrible Experience. I was searching for a new Volkswagen and came across this dealership. At first things seemed good, a sales representative contacted me almost immediately after requesting information. When talking to the representative named Vinnie I explained the car (a 2014 Passat) I had saw online and began to negotiate the price, also informing them that I did owe money on the Volkswagen I currently own and that I would need to get a specific amount of money before "trading" my car in. When I explained the amount I was looking for Vinnie told me okay absolutely and accepted the negotiated price I offered. I keep in contact with Vinnie for a few days and when I was making plans to drive to their dealership which was more than an hour away he randomly changed the price that we negotiated on and informed me he never saw the price of the car we were discussing. After hearing this, I told them thanks for their time, but no thank you. A day later I received an email from Vinnie explaining that his manager was so desperate to make a sale that he would be willing to do ANYTHING and give me the price for my car that I requested and that they would put me into a new Passat. He tried to hassle me into leasing and when I responded back no leasing but I would like to buy and fiance the car he said okay no problem but continued to push for a lease. I informed him once more I did not want to lease but had only interest in buying that 2014 Passat. When I arrived I met with Vinnie and introduced myself he took me into his little office and then prepared to show me the numbers for the new car I told him I was interested in. When I came back from test driving the car he took my car for an appraisal which for me seem quite odd considering they already promised me the price for my car. When he came back the price he told me they were offering was a dramatic difference. I asked to speak to the manager on duty, when the manager came over I explain that I had proof in writing that I was offered one price but after driving over an hour to get here I get told another. The manager was extremely rude, he continued to cut me off when I was explaining the situation, and tried to over talk me when I was showing him the email his associate wrote to me regarding the negotiations made. He then had the courage to tell me they would have given me the money offered if in writing someone else offered me the same, which was never mentioned in the email I had gotten, and also told me when they say NEW PASSAT they mean a 2015 lease. Long story short, after about 10 minutes I got up and left. This is by far the worst management and communication I have ever seen from a business. I highly recommend that people stay clear of this dealership. There is nothing but lies, poor customer service, and extremely rude management.

They are very professional. They took care of our concerns. We worked with Nabeel and Adam for our car and could not have had a better experience. They were very patient ,helpful and understanding.They answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Kuhn Honda to anyone looking for friendly service and a great deal!

Even after telling them I'm an active-duty military officer stationed at MacDill AFB, this dealership still tried to con me. I purchased a used Acura from the dealer. First, after negotiating a price with the sales manager, they tacked a $699 "dealer/doc fee" onto the final invoice. According to Florida Statute Section 501.976(16), they MUST include such fees in the advertised price, which they admittedly did not. Second, I negotiated a new Katskin leather install into my purchase price, as the existing leather was worn. After purchasing the vehicle and bringing it back to the dealer for the install- even with a signed "we owe" from the dealership- they refused to honor it and only offered to void the sale. This I happily did, as they are clearly dishonest, so who knows what they are selling on their lot. Avoid at all costs, save the headache and buy elsewhere!!!

All I can say is Crappy! Took my wife there to buy a car and they refuse to negotiate! Who wants to deal with a dealer that refuses to negotiate? They listed 3 particular cars on their website at certain prices (The BAIT) then when you get there they tell you they are sold! Then they try to sell you a more expensive car but won't budge off the price. (This is the SWITCH) Then, after you threaten to leave, they mysteriously have one of the cheaper cars in stock.....hmmm. After trying to negotiate a better deal then they say the internet price is wrong and its now $2000 higher!!! Do yourself a favor, stay far away from the BAIT AND SWITCH of Kuhn Honda. There are plenty of other, bigger, dealerships wanting your business.

Any potentially frustrating aspects of the experience were completely diffused by our service advisor's honesty and communication. Therefore, I ultimately left with the feeling of complete satisfaction with the experience.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Attitudes in the service drive are arrogant and their service is awful. I will be going back yet again tomorrow (3rd time) for the same problem. They appear to do as little as possible and charge as much as they can.

Had a rough time with the other honda dealers. kuhn made it easy and my sales associate, Rick Hitchcock, was amazing and made the process as easy as ever. he was genuine and was very kind. i recommend kuhn to anyone!!

It was a good experience. I went in there and they were all honest with me. My car had to be there over night and Kyle called me and was honest with me why and gave me a rental car with out charge. I really like the way they took care of

I was advised by service that there was a recall on my car and that both issues would be addressed. I told the advisor that I had to be to work at 1 and he assured me that my services would be complete. The aux part had to be ordered so only the recall would be addressed that day.
Hours passed and my time at work was coming up and I went to check the status of my vehicle... IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN TOUCHED!! The advisor apologized and made me an appointment that following morning for 7a, that's when they open, almost 5 hours later no call or returned calls on behalf of my cars status.

I have come to your Honda service department for ten years, eight of the ten being serviced by Tony (Moony?). Tony is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always makes the service experience a pleasure. In my estimation he is an outstanding service employee, and your business is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
