Thank you for the gorgeous basket of live plants I received on my birthday. I have never received (or sent) anything so impressive! WOW! I will make sure my friends and family know this is the only place that I would ever use.

I have been in the Manchester Rd location several times and they are always friendly and helpful. I was looking the the web for Walter Knoll and saw this link to leave a review. So I am. They have been a wonderful florist for me for several years. Thanks

And I have used them all. The florals are pretty; last long and delivered on time. In every way Walter Knoll Florist meets my expectations as the best florist. You get none of the computer mumbo jumbo when you call ?? They just answer the phone how about that for a change. I have not used their website to place an order but I do pick from the pictures. I think my next order will be placed on their web site.

Last week I picked up from the Watler Knoll in south county a bouuet of flowers for only $12.95. I took them home and put them in a vase and today a weel later they look even better, I think they are still growing. I before got flowers from the supermarket but no more. The flowers from Walter Knoll look better, last longer and cost the same.

I visited your store in O'Fallon MO and was quite impressed. I was helped by your sales person as soon as I walked in the door. I explained that I was looking for a birthday gift for someone but I wasn't sure what I was looking for. The sales lady proceeded to walk me through the store showing me not only the lovely flower designs but also the gift items that you carry.I was so impressed with the merchandise and the sales help that I bought both a bouquet and a stuffed animal for my Aunt on her birthday.Thank you for being there with such a lovely store and for having just what I wanted, even though I didn't know it until I arrived.

I forgot my wife's birthday and called Walter Knoll at 12:45 and they were able to get a dozen pink roses delivered to her. This really saved my life. Walter Knoll has been around along time and they have erned my busness for life.

Ordered a small present for my Pop for Father's Day, A great little car and plant, It really made his day. It was delivered on Sunday, the flowers plants look good but the car turned out to be a model of a small pickup truck that was the same type my Dad had years ago. He was so happy. Thanks for the job well done. I will be back again and again.

I order Mother's Day flowers for my wife, mother and aunt, I placed the orders on line. The web site was easy to use and I found selections for each gift. They were all delivered on time and everything was perfect. This is a quality company.

Not Really, But they were very impressive, I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my wifes birthday, They were delivered to her work in about an hour after i ordered them, What was funny is her father had ordered a dozen roses from another florist (Not to be named but they are grocery store). So there they were side by side, The Walter Knoll Florist roses were large with the heads almost TWICE the size. Everything about the presentation was better from the vase to the design. It was perfect you can not go wrong with Walter Knoll Florist

I order flowers for my girl friend. They were a little more expensive that the other florist, but WOW were they great, the roses lasted almost 2 weeks. The roses were larger that any others I have every seen. Everything about the experience was first rate. I even got a page on my cell phone the very second that they were delivered. You can not go wrong sending Walter Knoll Florist Flowers!

We ordered some wedding flowers and forgot to pick them up. Walter Knoll Florist called us but I had forget to charge my cell phone, So they delivered ti to the church as not charge, I tried to to pay but the would not take any extra money. Walter Knoll really saved me.

I recently sent a Sweet Sixteen Bouquet to my cousin's child. I wanted her to feel special. She said that when it came she cried, it was so beautiful. She also said the man that delivered it sang "Happy Birthday" to her! She was tickled pink and she should be on her 16th birthday. Pretiest arrangement I've seen like this.

Walter Knoll would be a 5 star rating if not for their higher than average prices but their arrangements are worth every penny. I received an arrangement of roses from Walter Knoll that died within a couple days. I called them and by the end of the afternoon, I had a replacement arrangement that lasted for weeks. They stand behind their product and their customer service can't be beat.

I called here several times for flowers and with just speaking ot people on the phone, they are ery pleasant and helpfula dn the flowers we order always arrive on time, beautiful, bright and fresh! A very trust worthy place!

Walter Knoll's Florist is known in the St Louis area as an okay place to purchase your floral needs. While the florist is a bit too big to provide you with the type of personal attention you might get at a mom and pop type florist, Walter Knoll's seems to understand that it needs to keep customers satisfied to keep them coming back. Not the best prices but they deliver. I paid quite a bit for some floral arrangements once but it was high quality.
