Their staff is awful. The manager and the woman in charge of bridesmaid dresses- Iryna are completely unprofessional and phony. They say things to appease you to make the sale. They are insulting and could use some assistance in etiquette

The biggest compliment that I have is that they were not pushy whatsoever. The customer service was unbelievable. They had a great dress selection of different styles and price range. I had the experience I had always dreamed of. Thank you.

I went with my sister as I am her only sibling and best friend, to look for her dress for the big day. I was a bit embarrassed at first as everyone was female, but the service was wonderful and Debbie was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insights for my sis. I can't wait for her big day. I know she'll be happy with her dress and her day.

I found my dream dress here! Mary Ellen helped me try on several dresses and was very patient while I debated over and over which color to order my dress in. The consultants here are very friendly, not pushy, and seem genuinely invested in helping brides find "the one." Additionally, they have a selection of beautiful dresses--the best in Jersey.
