BE AWARE that this Goodyear auto service center is a ROTTEN DEAL. DO NOT GO HERE under any circumstances. These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks who give FAKE assessments of automotive problems. I was nearly ripped off more than $600!!! Luckily I got a second opinion and the work required was minor. I repeat. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. NOT ONE STAR for these crooked "mechanics". Very, very unsatisfactory. I did not want to give even a single star. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I went to get 4 new tires, balance, and alignment, I got the new tires no problem ok. Balance, I guess it was done. My alignment was not done. The right drivers side wheel was no where close to being aligned. My car drifted to the left. I took the document that showed there was a negative angle of some sort. Substantially more than the rest. I went back to the mechanic a few minutes after I picked up the car and explained confronted him about the problem. He said it was something that had to be done by the dealer. When I took it to the dealer, the dealer claimed the previous mechanic (goodyear mechanic) was simply lazy. They also discovered a screw driver laying on top of my battery. I suspect the mechanic put it there in hopes it would fall into the engine causing damage so I would return. AVOID AT ALL COAST!!

This is not a rubber tire place as much as a bunch of quality mechanics under a straight-shooting reputable manager and chain. I've been going to Goodyear mechanics for 17 years now since my main guy got too busy and I discovered Vespias' Goodyear. Be it Vespias' or Gemini, I've got nothing but praise for the Goodyear Company. As for pricey, yes the tires aren't cheap, but then they aren't "cheap tires". I've been riding on them for years on my 4 wheel vehicles. My Harley has Dunlops, but then.."different animal". I'm not a mechanic, but I've taken 2 auto and 2 motorcycle mechanic courses back during my school days. These mechanics, and the managers do it right. If it doesn't need fixing, they tell you. If it can wait, they tell you. If they can fix it with a wrench in under 5 minutes, No Charge (generally...off the record). They're up-front, no BS, reputable...they've earned my trust and admiration. If I was rich, I'd tip 'em. This'll have to do for now.

I came here mostly because of the brand. Goodyear tires are supposed to be some of the best so I did get my tire changed here once. The people were friendly and the quality was good but I still feel like it was a little too expensive. If you don?t mind paying for it, they do have great service though.
PROS: Good service
CONS: too expensive
