I love going to new spas and after all the hype over this spa I figured I should check it out. The man working at the front dresk was very nice and friendly. Now while the spa is very relaxing and beautiful, my facial was def the worst I ever had. I had the Vit. C peel Facial with Grace. The facial was relaxing but didn't find it benifital to my skin. Grace left me to get undressed for a good 10 mins and when I had questions about the products she was using on me she couldn't answer any of them or give me anytake home info on them. I felt like I was a bother to her. She gave me a peel and then didn't even put any sunscreen on me! She also didn't put any eyecream on me and the facial was not 75 mins as advertised, I was checked out and in my car within 75 mins. So, I would def never recomend or have another treatment with Grace again, but because of the relaxing enviornment I may try a massage there.

The Urban Muse spa is awesome! The environment is relaxing and my first time at the spa was in January 2010. I was very very impressed and have been to many spas. They have a cute little boutique and some great gift ideas! I highly recommend there Muse Massage and the Reiki Treatment the best I have ever had!

The Urban Muse is a wonderful store (and has fantastic spa services). The store has very unique gifts (price-wise within reason). If I ever need anything last minute, I can always find something here.

Urban Muse Spa is a relaxing and unique treat. They have all the typical spa offerings and some special ones too. You can purchase a membership for around $100 that entitles you to special deals and discounts and some complementary services. This makes a great gift. The shop is terrific too with beautiful handcrafted jewelry, candles, yoga clothing, etc.

Urban Muse has special spa treatments like a lavender manicure. The store sells really cool stuff like candles, jewelry, yoga wear, tea. Some of it is pricey, but artistic. Don?t care for the new age stuff like tarot and runes, etc. though. The staff is very friendly and they gift wrap things really nice. The Spa is beautiful and you can get gift certificates. Merchandise changes a lot, always new stuff to look at.
