Absolute worst dealer service in America. Charged me $145 for a 5 mile tow ... then sat on the car for a week unable to determine what was wrong ... assured me at pickup that nothing was wrong with car despite having to tow car to dealer

Over the past two years I have been bringing my SUV here for maintenance and to make it look better. I get my oil changed here and the latest thing they did was a new grille to it. It looks up the part! Could not be happier. I love all the heads that turn when I am driving. I will definitely keep coming back to add more things to my car.

I use my truck for construction. I am always in and out, and the interior of my truck is waring out quite fast. I am very happy with how much better the truck looks with new mats. The mats really are like water resistant and very durable.

Dalessio is easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable with your purchase. Also, they continue to work with you even after you purchase you car and doesn't just forget about you.

Purchasing wise I like to shop around and have found the sales team here enjoyable to work with and the pricing is fair.

Great customer service, a very dedicated staff and a "no pressure" atmosphere. Our vehicle was given the star treatment. They even gave it a wash after they were done with it. We drove away feeling great about the experience. We'll definitely go back there for service or when we're ready to trade in our car.

We came to Dalessio knowing exactly what car we wanted. We left with exactly the car we came for. Enough said. Although we paid a little more then we initially wanted to, they worked with our credit which we were a little caught off guard about since the last time I checked it was much higher. John didn't have that salesman mentality so there was little pressure and he was accomodating to say the least. Their first offer to us was based off of their list price on their computer which was about 1700 higher than what we eventually paid.
We didn't have much room to negotiate since our credit was out of whack, but they worked with us to get the payments with in our range. The car checked out perfect and we were satisfied. Overall they were not too pushy. I would recommend them again and would go back for another purchase.

I like the idea of having the expertise of a GM certified dealership but what I was most impressed with was the personal service and overall quality. They were very detail oriented, honest, and I felt like I got a great value for the cost. I spent under $100 and the owner still came out to thank me for the business. Also, they clean your car even after a simple oil change or tire rotation which is something you won't get at other local shops or dealerships. I'm going to go out of my way to get my car serviced here from now on just because of the personal approach to service and high quality.

All staff at this dealership were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction for me. I never felt "over-pressured" as has been the case at many previous dealerships. Buying a car can be an intimidating and frustrating process but not with Dalessio Chevrolet Buick.

brought in my slightly mangled Bonneville for some repair work. Dalessio evaluated it thoroughly, discussed potential problems they might Dalessio and gave me a solid estimate. They came in on time, and at the cited cost. The panels lined up correctly, the paint matched and all the mechanics were spot on. I am always complaining about how merchants thrive on mediocrity but Dalessio Chevrolet is professional and I will be returning the next time I need body work done.

My family has bought three cars from Dalessio and has had a wonderful experience each time. The salesmen are extremely helpful and are willing to help with the decision in any way possible. The cars are well priced and the used cars are well prepared and checked before sale. Meanwhile, the service department is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing any problems and fixing it.
