After searching ALL day for an AC capacitor, and being told by every business ""we have it, but we need to install it"" or ""were closed"" or ""we'd have to order it"" it was a GREAT surprise to hear the owners voice when she called me back after I left a message earlier in the day. She told me they were closed but she would come in and sell me the part. I can't believe it...in this day and age of ""it's not my problem"" she came in after hours to sell me the part, didn't charge extra, and was extremely nice. If I ever need any AC services, parts or work, you bet your a** I'm going to Garoken!!!!

We had several quotes for replacing our hot water heater, but I am so glad we went with Garoken. They did an efficient job, answered all of my questions knowledgeably and in a timely fashion. They really knew what they were doing and I would recommend them to anyone who is having heating/air work done. I believe they are also a woman owned business.

Garoken has been around a long time. We replaced our oil furnace with a gas model when we moved into our home. We have them out every few years for a furnace cleaning and checkup.
Just recently, we replaced a wheezing old air conditioner with a modern unit. Our house has been added on to over the years (by the previous occupant) and is a very challenging structure to work with for things like this. We thought we should it bid it out to more than just Garoken since it could potentially be a fair bit of work. Garoken's estimate was the best one we got, they did the work as scheduled and at the cost estimated, and they had to solve a couple tricky pipe routing problems that popped up (and that the estimator didn't account for). No extra charge.
